Hello, my name is Tim Long, the owner of The Timbers Resort. I would be happy to take you on a guided Grouse Hunting trip with our German Wirehair Pointer (Berkley) or our new puppy this year (2011), an English Setter (Timber). We bought the new puppy from one of our grouse hunting customers, Kevin Alger. After hunting with Kevin and his dog Sage last year, I told him that I would love to have one of her puppies.We picked her up this winter.What a Great Pup she is. I can't wait to get her on some birds this year.

The U.P. Offers World Class Grouse Hunting and with nearly a million acres of National and State Forests wrapped around us we have plenty of land to hunt for these incredibly challenging birds. There is nothing better then having your dog lock up and hold point until you flush the bird.
