Fall’s spectacular show of beautiful color is displayed by a wide variety of trees. Birds, deer and bear provide hunting in the surrounding forests, rivers and lakes.

Winter’s are breathtaking! With an annual snowfall in excess of 200 inches, there are hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. If you don’t own a sled, you can rent snowmobiles from one of the facilities within a few miles of the Resort. Whether you downhill or cross-country ski, you will not be disappointed with the slopes and trails near The Timbers Resort.

Ice fishing? You bet! Lake Gogebic offers some of the best jumbo perch fishing through the ice in the country.
